Minimum Qualifications:

JOB COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

Education & Certifications-

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, marketing, or related field required.


Experience-

  • 5-7 years in major gifts or related experience required. Experience in a higher education setting preferred.
  • Proven sense of humor and ability to have fun.
Other: Based on qualifications and experience, a selected candidate may hold one of these job titles: Assistant Director of Development, Associate Director of Development or Director of Development.
