Cornerstone Ranch is a Christian nonprofit whose mission is to provide abundant life for adults with special needs. The Development Director will be responsible for strategizing and implementing all operational fundraising initiatives for the organization. This will include creating and executing a fundraising master plan, promoting and strategizing community involvement and engagement, and leading and overseeing the development team.

• Several years of leadership in development departments raising over $2M annually
• Bachelors degress from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Ability to inspire through writing and speaking about the mission and effectiveness of our programs 
• Demonstarte care, compassion, and patience when working with adults with special needs 
• Knowledge of the principles and techniques of business and nonprofit administration, community organizaiton, fiscal and organization management
• Strong skills in marketing, public relations and fundraising with the ability to engage and retain stakeholders
